These Fish-Free Fillets with a Crisp Green Leafy Salad and Homemade Tartar Sauce are a deliciously simple and filling dinner recipe. A healthy take on a traditional classic, your homemade tartar sauce will perfectly complement our crispy fillets.

Preparation

2 Tablespoons Chopped Gherkins

1 Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

Ingredients

2 slices Beef tomato

2 NOM EAT Fish-Free Fillets

3 tbsp Garden Peas and Sweetcorn

2 Burger buns

1 Vegan cheese slice

4 tbsp tomato ketchup

1/4 Lettuce

3 Onion rings

Preparation

  1. Cook the NOM EAT Fish-Free Fillets as per the pack instructions.

  2. Spread tomato ketchup or tomato salsa onto the buns.

  3. Add the lettuce, sliced tomato, and thinly sliced cheese.

  4. Place the fish burger on top and serve with a side of peas, sweetcorn, tomatoes, and onion rings.
